A Picture Says a Thousand Words – So Why Not “Scrap” Your Relationship?
Do you sometimes find it hard to say the words that express what is going on inside your heart and mind? Many of us do. Scrapbooking is a powerful way to place feelings and words (regardless of whether they make us feel good, happy, sad or stressed out) onto a “canvas” so they can be shared and reflected upon.
Do you realize that you can make a scrapbook page about the difficulties in your marriage, as a form of therapy? Well, you can, and it is therapeutic because all healing, change and transformation is brought about by first acknowledging both the successes and the problems we are engaged in. The second step is to change the inner “programs” and conversations we are having within ourselves that are sabotaging what we really want to improve.
So, get involved, because scrapbooking is a powerful way to express your feelings, using your unique creativity, imagination and artistry. When you include words that state what you want to change and what you appreciate, you actually engage your natural ability to attract solutions to you – by meeting the right people and receiving the necessary information to grant your desires for a better, more fulfilling relationship. |
